		TEAM PTC WINS THE BUHAY MARINO CELEBRITY BASKETBALL CUP Team PTC bagged the CHAMPIONSHIP vs. Golden Success, in the First Buhay Marino Celebrity Basketball Cup, on September 20, 2008. The tournament, held in commemoration of National Maritime Week, brought together 8 maritime companies in the spirit of friendly competition, namely: Dalisay Shipping, Wallem Maritime, Crossworld Shipping, Far East Maritime, Exact, AIMS, Golden Success and PTC. FUN RUN Also In celebration of National Maritime Week, 45 staff from the PTC Group, participated in the 3, 5 and 10 km. FUN RUN on September 21. While MAAP contenders beat them to the finish line, this was for the PTC staff, quite a FUN RUN! IT TAKES A LOT MORE THAN A SPEEDING BULLET TO PENETRATE THE ENEMY+ S DEFENSE LINE!!! Two hundred thirty-four players from member- companies of FAME, Inc. and PAMAS/INTERMAP, competed in the “3RD JOINT INTER-MANNING BADMINTON TOURNAMENT,” held Last August 30 at The Zone Badminton Sports Center, Makati City. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our PTC Badminton Team especially to the 1st runners-up: Mixed Doubles Level D: Alain Garillos and Jacqueline Labatorio, Mixed Doubles Level E: Angelo Saul and Michellin Furtos

SHOOT THAT BALL!!!

The 2008 PTC Group Basketball Tournament commenced on August 15, 2008, at the Mapua Institute of Technology in Makati City, with renowned basketball and executive coach, Mr. Chot Reyes of ‘Talk and Text,’ as the Guest of Honor. After an inspiring message on teamwork, playing with heart, and trying one’s best, Mr. Reyes performed the ceremonial toss.

Held every Friday evening, from August through October, this activity is in line with PTC’s thrust to keep healthy and to keep well, and to have passion, trust and the spirit of community in everything we do – “PUSO, TIWALA, at COMUNIDAD.” Participating teams from the PTC Group of Companies and affiliates are: PTC, PHILCAMSAT, PTCAT, Lifelinks/Health Metrics, ACM, CTI, and PROGEAR.
