MTC Hails Quality Training at PHILCAMSAT

		PHILCAMSAT was awarded by the Maritime Training Council (MTC) for its initiatives to upgrade the quality of maritime education in the country through the provision of state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, thereby ensuring global competitiveness of Filipino seafarers. The award was received by Ms. Carla S. Limcaoco last May 18, 2009, on the occasion of MTC’s 25th anniversary celebration.
