PTC Cadetship Program

To address the projected shortage of officers worldwide, PTC has developed a customized Cadetship Training Program. It is a ladder-ized approach beginning with cadets in their third or fourth year of school. Utilizing the PHILCAMSAT training facility, the program aims to prepare these cadets for the positions of Senior Cadets or Apprentice Junior Officers, Ratings with Licenses and Recommendations for Promotion, and Junior Officers with Higher Licenses and Recommendations.
