A meaningful visit was conducted by the PTC RISE Program team at the office of Legazpi City Disaster Risk Reduction & Management - DRRM Office and Albay Public Safety and Emergency Management Office (APSEMO) last July 29, 2025.

Led by PTC Talent Acquisition Group Program Manager Hector Brizuela, together with Lead Program Officer Josh McCarver, the team initiated conversations and planning towards a Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) partnership that will draw attention and emphasize the necessary support and assistance for the residents of Legazpi City and the Province of Albay.

The team thanks the Legazpi CDRRMO under the leadership of Engr. Miladee Azur and APSEMO, under the leadership of Officer-In-Charge Roderick Mendoza, together with Research and Statistics Division Chief Eugene Escobar, for their support to make this program possible.
