PTC Sea Mariners visited Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) in Lucena, Quezon, last November 25, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen maritime education partnerships in the region. The visit marks a significant step toward a formal collaboration between the two institutions.

During the engagement, PTC Sea Mariners and MSEUF discussed opportunities to enhance maritime learning, student development, and industry exposure for senior high school and college learners. Both parties expressed a strong interest in working together to expand access to industry-aligned training and career-oriented programs.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between PTC Sea Mariners and MSEUF is scheduled to be signed in the first quarter of 2026, solidifying a partnership aimed at supporting the development of future global maritime professionals in Quezon Province.
