PTC Sea Mariners has expanded its presence in Quezon Province with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) last November 24 with West Palale National High School, the first maritime senior high school established under DepEd’s Strengthened SHS Curriculum in Tayabas, Quezon.

This partnership strengthens the region’s growing maritime education cluster by providing students with greater access to industry-aligned learning and career-focused development. Through the collaboration, PTC Sea Mariners aims to support the school in equipping learners with meaningful exposure, practical insights, and pathways toward global maritime careers.

The MOA highlights PTC Sea Mariners’ continued commitment to developing the next generation of global maritime professionals and building stronger maritime education opportunities in Quezon Province.
