The PTC Group, through its Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), made a strong and inspiring presence at the De La Salle University-Dasmarinas Job Fair held on May 29, 2025. Drawing over 500 graduating students from a wide range of disciplines—including Tourism and Hospitality Management, BS Electronics Engineering, BS Civil Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, Psychology, IT and Criminology - the event served as a vibrant platform for career exploration and industry engagement.

Together with the PTC Cruise Division and PTC Aviation Training Center, TAG showcased the breadth of opportunities available within the maritime industry and across The PTC Group. More than just a recruitment initiative, the team sought to empower students with a vision of the diverse career paths they can pursue—-whether immediately upon graduation or as part of their longer-term goals.

A number of graduating students eagerly signed up to apply with The PTC Group, many of whom had previously completed their on-the-job (OJT) at key PTC units such as PHILCAMSAT, PTC Holdings, Constellation Travels, Inc. and the PTC Aviation Training Center. These students expressed deep appreciation for the valuable hands-on experience they gained, noting how it helped shape their professional aspirations—-and sparked a desire to continue growing with PTC.

The PTC Cruise Division opened students' eyes to the dynamic world of cruise careers, offering a glimpse into a future of international travel, cultural exchange, and adventures at sea. There were inquiries from Electrical Engineering students who were interested in careers at sea while The PTC Aviation Training Center drew interest from aspiring flight attendants and a few interested students who inquired about how to become pilots which Sir Dennis eagerly explained on behalf of the First Aviation Academy.

The high level of student engagement at DLSU-D reflects the strong alignment between The PTC Group's mission and the ambitions of today's young professionals. By providing opportunities across multiple sectors, The PTC Group continues to support not only individual career growth but also the advancement of the industries it proudly serves.
