On May 14, 2025, The PTC Group, through its Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), actively participated in the World City Colleges (WCC) 2025 Job Fair, held for graduating students from the Quezon City and Antipolo campuses. The event gathered over 200 students from diverse academic backgrounds, including Tourism and Hospitality Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Marketing — each eager to explore career opportunities as they prepare to take their next steps after graduation.

Representatives from TAG, alongside PHILCAMSAT introduced attendees to THE PTC Group's unique work culture, core values, and various career development pathways. The team also emphasized that career opportunities at PTC extend beyond traditional land-based roles, highlighting exciting possibilities in the maritime industry — an eye-opener for many students.

A highlight of the event was the warm reception PTC received from students who had previously served as on-the-job trainees (OJT) in various PTC business units. Many expressed their interest in returning as full-time employees. Rachelle Padilla, a fourth-year student nearing graduation, shared her enthusiasm: "I had a very good experience working with FMCC, and I am excited to apply. I am even willing to start before our July graduation if given the chance. "
